We offer a 14-day return or exchange, provided that the item is unworn, in brand-new condition, in its original packaging, and is accompanied by the receipt. The customer is responsible for safely mailing the item via trackable mail. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Any packages that are sent COD or that arrive without previous communication or return authorization from us will be denied.

Love Leyo is not responsible for items lost or damaged during shipping.
